Change oil filter,
Top up all fluids and carry out the following checks/adjustments
01 - Tyres: Thread depth, pressure, uneven wear, general condition.
02 - Brakes: Brake pad / shoe thickness, brake disc thickness, brake pipe / hose condition, brake fluid moisture content & level. Brake Fluid Moisture Content % Recommended Replacement above 4%
03 - Steering: Check for play in steering linkages, wheel alignment, top up fluid & check for leaks.
04 - Suspension: Check spring and shock absorber condition & check all underarm bushings & balljoints.
05 - Lights: All bulbs & headlight alignment checked.
06 - Exhaust: Checked for corrosion / exhaust leakage & all mounts checked.
07 - Underbody: Check for corrosion & distortion/structural damage.
08 - Coolant: Check antifreeze/coolant concentration for coolant leaks.
09 - Fluids: Check for fluid leaks (engine/gearbox oil, brake fluid, coolant, steering fluid), top up all fluids.
10 - Seatbelts: All seatbelts checked for tears and twisting & buckles checked for correct operation.
11 - Wipers & Horn: Check wipers for rips, streaks & correct operation & check horn operation.
12 - Battery: Check battery condition & security. Capacity: %
13 - Doors & Glass: Check all doors & glass for correct operation, grease door hinges & check all windows for cracks / chips.
14 - Clutch: Check clutch for correct operation and adjust where applicable.
15 - Drives: Check driveshaft for distortion, check drive boots for leakage & check wheel bearings for noise / freeplay.
16 - Parking Brake: Check for correct operation & adjust if necessary.
17 - Drive Belts: Check fanbelts & adjust if necessary, check timing replacement interval & advise.
18 - Service Light reset and stamp service book
